Your role

As a preschool teacher with coordinator responsibility, you will have an important and central role both in the pedagogical work and the daily planning at the preschool. In your preschool teacher assignment, you will lead your team towards common goals, be responsible for documentation, lead reflections, and work with systematic quality work. You are an active role model in the daily work with the children and contribute to a positive learning environment.

Alongside your preschool teacher assignment, you will have coordinator responsibility, where you are an important link between the preschool and management. You will support educators in pedagogical and organizational matters and may lead preschool teacher meetings in our development group. You will have staffing responsibility and organize the day to ensure a safe environment for all children at the preschool.

In the role of coordinator, you are also expected to be a pedagogical leader who has insight into the processes taking place in the various teams. Together with management and other coordinators, you will help develop the operation and ensure that all processes function effectively.

Your qualifications and experience

We are looking for someone who has:

• a preschool teacher education and a preschool teacher license
• several years of relevant experience working as a preschool teacher
• experience working with pedagogical documentation
• good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing
• good digital competence

It is an advantage if you have:

• experience with coordinator responsibility in preschool
• experience working in a politically governed organization

You are responsible and structured, with a good ability to plan and prioritize your work effectively. Your collaboration skills are excellent, and you are accommodating in your interactions with children, guardians, and colleagues. You are stable and handle conflicts in a sensitive and constructive manner. You are solution-oriented and flexible and enjoy leading and motivating others, sharing your experiences and knowledge.
